The analyst will work closely with the revenue team in the processing of invoices and with other departments to resolve any billings or renewal issues.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Ensure prompt and accurate billing and provisioning of customer accounts- Review customer contracts for completeness and accuracy in accordance with our revenue recognition policies- Build, maintain, and produce reports as necessary to support business objectives. Assist the revenue management team with preparation of reports and analysis.- Field Customer inquiries relating to invoices, payments, and contractual obligations- Work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams**Requirements & Skills**:- _1-2 years data entry experience preferred_- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills- Good analytical and problem solving skills- Superior attention to detail and accuracy- Netsuite and salesforce experience strongly preferred**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or business related discipline preferred**_ We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
