We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Title and SummaryDirector, Global Product ManagementOverview- Acts as a business owner and manages long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for a commercialized product to serve the ad-tech ecosystem- Oversee product evolution, establish go-to-market strategy, optimize products and resources, implement incremental improvements within the product’s life cycle, conduct ongoing care and maintenance, and manage P&L**Responsibilities**:- Expertise and in-depth experience in managing products within advertising ecosystem develop winning Product strategies- Drive tangible data-driven business outcomes at the product level, manage to a quantified scorecard continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance- Leverage the Studio framework to manage the delivery of ongoing innovation and enhancements to focus Products- Drive a user-centric culture of data driven, test and learn experimentation, continuously assessing and enhancing the Product user experience.- Lead cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Product Management-Technical, CX&D) in the development of business requirements to achieve Product objectives- Leverage data to quickly identify Product performance challenges, creating proactive plans to drive usage and revenues. Use data-driven analysis to prioritize resources to deliver against the plan- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences- Develop talent and provide timely feedback, coaching in the moment, and mentoring- Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours through their behaviour, recognitions, coaching, and employee engagement.Experiences- Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment- Can deliver high quality products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases- Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy- Extensive experience building and launching products that serve advertising and marketing industries- Comprehensive experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)- Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity- Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individual product teams across the organization- Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plans in multiple markets- Demonstrates an understanding of our performance and leadership bar and effectively applies it to hiring Decisions- Demonstrated experience as people manager with the ability to attract, recruit, and develop product talent- Successful track record strategically managing P&L for productsCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
