Si eres curioso(a), valiente y estás listo(a) para transformar la forma en que las organizaciones trabajan, esta oportunidad es para ti.**Responsabilidades Principales**:- Liderar proyectos de implementación de soluciones GRC en clientes corporativos.- Brindar asesoría especializada en auditoría, riesgos, cumplimiento normativo y controles internos.- Acompañar a los clientes durante todo su ciclo de vida, desde onboarding hasta adopción y soporte continuo.- Actuar como mentor(a) de perfiles junior (Data y Advisory Specialists).- Participar en actividades de desarrollo de negocio (llamadas exploratorias, RFPs, SOWs).- Aplicar mejores prácticas del sector en el diseño y ejecución de soluciones tecnológicas GRC.**Requisitos**:- De 5 a 7 años de experiência en auditoría interna/externa, consultoría de riesgos o cumplimiento regulatorio.- Experiência implementando soluciones GRC o trabajando en entornos SaaS B2B.- Conocimiento sólido en:- Gobierno corporativo- Gestión de riesgos (ERM, ISO 31000)- Controles internos (COSO, SOX)- Cumplimiento normativo y regulatorio- Seguridad de la información (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en **inglés y español** (nível profesional).- Capacidad de análisis, atención al detalle y enfoque en servicio al cliente.**Deseable**:- Certificaciones obtenidas o en curso:- CIA, CISA, CRISC, CFE, CPA, CISSP, ISO 27001, etc.- Experiência en firmas como Big Four (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG).- Conocimiento de plataformas como Diligent, RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, LogicManager, etc.**Lo que ofrecemos**:- Cultura basada en innovación, colaboración y crecimiento continuo.- Prestaciones superiores y enfoque real en bienestar integral.- Días libres adicionales, programas de wellness y trabajo flexible.- Oportunidad de ser parte de una empresa global con presencia en más de 10 países.**Beneficios**:- 30 días aguinaldo- Vales de despensa- Fondo de ahorro del 6%- Gastos médicos mayores- más beneficios de ley.
