So, if you want to make the world say wow, let's talk.Como parte de las actividades principales de ésta posición deberá llevar a cabo:- Apertura y cierre del sistema para cobro- Entrega de valores- Mantener el suministro para los mismos ( fichas para depósito y sellos ) bajo supervisión del Líder de tienda- Apoyo en la facturación al momento de la compra si el Sales Associate no está disponible.- Cobro de facturas fiscales y simples- Logística de envíos a domicilio, por instrucciones del supervisor o gerente- Apoyo en gestiona el envío del producto vendido a cliente final- Asegurar las dotaciones y el cambio de efectivo en las cajas- Revision física de terminales para cobro- Garantizar el correcto cobro- Realizar retiros y depósitos en tómbola de efectivo- Realizar retiro de efectivo en sistemaComo requerimientos, la persona que lleve a cabo éste rol deberá contar con las siguientes características:Educación/Experiência- Licenciatura trunca o terminada en áreas económico-administrativas.- Experiência en Retail- Manejo de Personal / Visual Merchandising- Conocimiento en facturación 3.3.- Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad- Sistemas SAP y Bridge Manager- Manejo de Office nível medio- Inglés nível medio- Como entendimiento del negocio: manejo de estrategias de ventas, merchandising, atención y servicio al cliente, manejo y control de valores, manejo y control de inventarios, análisis y entendimiento de resultados de ventas- Interacción con clientes- Proceso de ventas de tienda- Políticas y procedimientos financieros, de garantías de producto, etc.- Conocimiento de la competencia y entendimiento del mercado local.
