Think of this position as the “Training Master” that works in tandem with Operations.As a Learning Experience Manager, you will manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs training department’s site-wide initiatives and drive campaign specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.Create and maintain any necessary materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development.This responsibility has the ridiculous opportunity to be a pioneer of all campaign-specific training needs and programs in the organization, as well as create and execute TL and TM development training.To proactively explore the specific needs of every department and campaign to develop training materials as needed, to propose and publish a year-long training calendar with specific quarterly objectives.So, what does it take to become a Learning Experience Manager?- 2 years of managerial and/or supervisory role- Training experience- Excellent in communication, and interpersonal skills both in English and Spanish- Must be highly independent and motivated with the commitment to oversee projects to completionIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with usTaskUs is an Equal Opportunity Employer
