You are responsible for performing periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability, security, and proper operation of IT equipment and services. The role also involves participating in system-related projects and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.* Three years of experience in a similar position.* Proficiency in computer applications* Windows operating systems* Knowledge and mastery of computer hardware and software* Fluency in spoken and written English (70%)* Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks* CCTV systems* Tress system* Axtrax physical access control system* Programming languages C# .net, VB.net, JavaScript, PHP.* Knowledge of SQL Database* Advanced certifications such as **ITIL, MCSA, CCNA, Azure Administrator, or PMP**.* Experience with IT service management platform ServiceNow.* Experience in task automation for systems administration.Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
