Bilingual Sales Support Specialist

**Job Description**:As a Bilingual Sales & Support Specialist you will have to balance managing the customer inquiries to create sales opportunities while providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. In a fast-paced call center environment, you'll be the first point of contact for customer support, troubleshooting basic help desk issues, and expertly guiding them toward solutions while also identifying the client’s business needs to introduce them to new products or services in order to achieve and go beyond your monthly quota and help increase AT&T business goals.What you’ll do:You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, diving deep into their business operations to identify their unique wireless and connectivity challenges and present tailored solutions.Conduct in-depth discovery conversations with clients, utilizing probing questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business operations and detect current gaps or needs related to wireless infrastructure and network performance.You will turn those needs into opportunities to present customized connectivity and Wi-Fi product solutions and close the sales effort.Troubleshooting for products/services and resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently and empathetically.What you’ll bring:Advanced English Fluency to engage in business conversations with U.S. customers.Previous 1 year sales experience preferably on telecom or financial services, back-office tasks or wireline or wireless support.Proven ability to ask insightful and probing questions to uncover client needs and challenges.Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose connectivity issues and develop tailored product recommendations.Demonstrated ability to explain solutions and benefits in an understandable way, educating clients on the value of customized solutions.A consultative sales mindset focused on building rapport, fostering trust, and aligning solutions with client business objectives.Ability to train/work 40 hours per week in a 5 day shift during operation hours Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)Changing the speed of business comes with many rewards -starting with your paycheck.Monthly Base Salary: MXN$23, (before Taxes)Monthly Sales based bonus average of $10,000 MXN for achieving sales goal.Additional average of $6,000 MXN for monthly sales incentives.Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,583 every 14 daysMonthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,267 every 14 daysIn addition to competitive pay, an innovative workspace and career growth potential, as an employee of AT&T you’ll be eligible for some great rewards:Major medical InsuranceLife InsuranceSaving Fund30 days of Christmas BonusVacation days, plus three personal days, onsite medical and more.50% discount on five lines of AT&T Wireless service.Paid starting from your first day of training, including some benefits like meal and grocery vouchers.Training ExpectationsYou will be required to attend 100% of your Training at the Office (between 1-3 months).
