**Key responsibilities**:**Job responsibilities include but not limited to**:Monitors service level agreements on new enhancementsExecutes common System Life Cycle Development processes and standards to define, build, and launch the correct end results, including new upcoming SAP upgrades initiatives (Central Finance implementation and S4 HANA transformation):Build business and technical requirements and functional design documents for RICEF-W objects based on business needsDevelop and Execute Unit, Integration and User Acceptance test plansSupport the management, coordination, testing and implementation of legacy system interfaces to the SAP FICO modules (AR/SD)Resolve issues encountered during testingCoordinate launch activities**Basic Qualifications**:Minimum of 3 year of wide-ranging experience in an ERP supported business environment including SAP-ECC systemsKnowledge of SAP FICO areasBachelor’s in computer related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Management Information SystemsFamiliarity with ITIL, Service Now and conceptsFamiliarity with basic finance terms/conceptsDemonstrated ability to work on concurrent multiple projectsAbility to interact with different levels in the organization from developer to business users/business leadership teamSupporting North America US - Excellent English (read, write and comunication skills)**Preferred Qualifications**:SAP CertificationsKnowledge of S4 Hana/Central FinanceUnderstanding of SAP design principles and ABAP programming standardsUnderstanding of SAP products and competencies related to UI development, workflowsExperience of working in a Global organizationExperience and understanding of the use of SAP Solution Manager and relevant SOX controlsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English), with the ability to translate technical solutions into terms that are easily understoodExcellent analytical and outstanding problem-solving skillsExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologyExcellent Organizational skillsSelf-starter with the ability to learn complex business processes quicklyOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
