Buscamos nuestro próximo Asesor Jurídico (Esta posición estara basada en Queretaro).
Funciones:- Due diligence de expedientes relacionados con la propiedad de terrenos sujetos a (i) régimen de propiedad social y (ii) régimen de propiedad privada.
- Elaboración de documentos relacionados con el cumplimiento de la Ley de Hidrocarburos, Ley Agraria y Legislación Civil en materia de adquisición de Derecho de Vía.
- Detección de propiedades irregulares.
- Proponer la estrategia de las figuras jurídicas adecuadas para cada caso, para la celebración de contratos en la superficie necesaria para la adquisición del Derecho de Vía.
- Elaborar contratos sobre propiedad social y propiedad privada para la adquisición del Derecho de Vía.
- Asistir a las Asambleas que celebren las entidades Agrarias y Atender reuniones y requerimientos de entidades Locales y Municipales.
- Colaborar con áreas distintas a la Jurídica en la adquisición del derecho de vía de nuestros gasoductos.
- Atender los trámites y requisitos establecidos en la Ley de Hidrocarburos, su reglamento y las normas secundarias que se hayan emitido para efectos de la adquisición del Derecho de Vía.
- Cumplir con las políticas internas de la empresa, así como con la Ley.
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura terminada (titulado) en Derecho.
- Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en Materia Agraria y Civil, experiencia en litigios.
- Disponibilidad para viajar y flexibilidad de horario. El trabajo es en campo.
- Persona con una alta administración y autodirigida.
- Tolerancia a la frustración y resolución de conflictos. Resolutiva.
- Dominio del idioma inglés (deseable).
