Responsibilities Automation Test Strategy : Develop and maintain a comprehensive automation testing strategy, framework, and test plans to ensure efficient and effective testing processes. Automation Test Scripting : Write, review, and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring they cover all critical test scenarios and are scalable. Test Automation Maintenance : Monitor and maintain the test automation suite, regularly updating test scripts to accommodate changes in software requirements. Test Data Management : Develop and manage test data and test environments to support automation testing efforts. Collaboration : Collaborate with development, product management, and quality assurance teams to define and implement automation testing standards and best practices. Mentorship : Provide guidance and training to the automation testing team, ensuring their growth and professional development. Quality Assurance : Review and analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the team to resolve issues, ensuring the highest quality of software deliverables. Reporting and Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, status reports, and metrics to keep stakeholders informed about testing progress. Test Execution : Oversee and execute automated test suites, manage test schedules, and prioritize testing activities Qualifcations Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven total experience (5+ years) as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role. Proven experience (1+ years) as a QA Automation Engineer, SDET, or similar role. Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks, e.g., Selenium . Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java , Python) and scripting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience leading team works. Desired Strong expertise in front testing tools and frameworks, e.g., Cypress ( Angular, React). Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus. Proven experience (6+ months) as a QA lead or leadership training Languages English level : +B2 Note Hybrid mode. You will learn all internal tools and systems during the first six months.
