**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Leads multiple project teams of other designers responsible for all stages of user experience design and development for a portfolio of complex products and platforms, including experience/information architecture, validation, and specifications.- Collaborates with management, internal, and outsourced design and development partners to coordinate design activities, evaluate concepts and offerings, and recommend changes to products or services to improve user experience.- Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with user experience design and development guidelines and standards.- Works closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design integrity and usability requirements are met.- Provides domain-specific expertise and overall user experience design leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.- Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and design language into projects and activities in the user experience design organization.- Provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and user experience.- Improves on user experience methods, tools, intellectual capital and reusable assets that improve methodology and sustain competitive advantage.- Works with stakeholders to determine content development needs and solutions.- Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.**Education & Experience** Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Experience in value stream management, Scale Agile methodologies to create multi-disciplinary teams align in a value delivery organization- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in design principles, human factors engineering, social sciences research, or a related field.**Preferred Certifications**- Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)- Certified in SCALE Agile, SAFE Agile methodologies**Knowledge & Skills**- Agile Methodology- Databricks Certified Preferred- Postman API Platform- Python- Advanced SQL knowledge- Design Thinking- Information Architecture- Interaction Design- Product Design- Prototyping- User Flows- User Research- User-Centered Design- Visual Design- Wireframing**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity**Impact & Scope**- Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.**Complexity**- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.**Disclaimer
