Responsibilities:Job Description/ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but not limited to:- Maintain synchronization between Production & DR environments for payments products, ensure changes /configurations implemented in Production are simultaneously implemented in DR environment.- SOP creation as per Industry best standards for week long True Failovers, ensuring Customer can run their business seamlessly from DR environment for a week.- Ensure Documentation (Deployment Diagrams, internal and client facing runbooks) are timely updated, maintained and Peer reviewed.- When Production/UAT issues reported by the Client and/or Implementation team are addressed within acceptable timelines ensure the same changes are implemented in DR simultaneously.- Ability to debug system logs and produce technical solutions associated with data flow or processes involved or performance aspects.- Work closely with the Implementation team to understand the process flow, solution challenges if any and work towards implementing & supporting a seamless sync between Production & DR infrastructure.- Work closely with the Implementation & product teams to explore & reuse tools/processes for effective maintenance of DR environment.- Ensure automation is introduced wherever possible to reduce system stability time post failover to DR.- Should focus towards acquiring adequate understanding of the technical & functional aspects/flows of the implemented products within short span of time.- Regular internal health checkups, Internal tests are performed prior Client Facing DR Tests and maintain high level resiliency.- Ensure new techniques, solutions are highlighted, voiced out and further implemented to maintain highest possible resiliency.- Be able to effectively participate in DR plannings, work on RCA’s, provide DR updates and identify risks with mitigation plans.- Be flexible to learn, collaborate & contribute across teams.The Required Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceMust Have:- Willingness to work in shifts and provide On-call support on rotation including weekends.- 5+ years expertise in Architecture Design, MQ admin & support.- 3+ years experience in configuring Web Servers like JBOSS, WebLogic, IBM WebSphere etc.- 3+ years experience in Integration using MQ (RDQM, Multi instance, standalone) kinds of MQ products.- 5+ years of experience in Python & MQ scripting.- 3+ years of experience of working on LINUX platform and proficient in scripting languages such as Linux shell script & Ansible, experience in secure socket layer communication setup.- 3+ years expertise in setting up RDQM cluster, troubleshoot and support in Azure environment on a Linux OS, Expertise in cipher, minimum 5 years in SSL, cipher value setup for TLS 1.2.- 2+ years of experience and ability to define loadbalancer in Azure cluster along with probe.- Familiarity with general monitoring principles, as well as tools such as Site 24 X 7, Grafana, BMC Patrol, RFHutil etc.- Experience with MQ 9.2, 9.3 on Red Hat OS & Azure platform. Create/edit/modify, update SSL keystores at MQ level expertise.- Experience in different automation concepts (ex. CI/CD, infra as code) and DevOps tools.- Strong documentation skills, Visio diagrams for data flow.- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, should be able to co-ordinate with cross functional teams.Good to Have:- Experience in cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.- Exposure to Payments domain and Finastra payments products i.e., GPP or P2G is an added advantage.- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.- Technical consulting and implementation experience in client facing projects is an added advantage.
