They do this by centralizing HR data from across systems to drive efficiency with automated reporting, and equip HR teams with diagnostic insights so they spend more time on the actual initiatives that drive results. Look for an early stage technology leader that will build the leading people insights solution. You will play an important role in their strategy and success. Working closely with and serving on their founding team, you’ll drive the platform strategy and roadmap for their data insights platform. They want you to lead the team that will build the best people insights product around, but also need you to be ready to roll up your sleeves to help them get there. Your responsibilities As a Junior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll be a critical and highly visible member of our founding team to develop our roadmap and own the people insights tool of choice for HR and professionals. You will have a wide range of responsibilities and this excites you– you’re able to jump in and get your hands dirty to deliver for our customers. We are looking for the right partner to: Develop and expand on existing software products and features, staying true to our company's core values and needs while lending your own creativity to the mix >Help us prioritize the features that will make us seamless for onboarding, and a tool that empowers HR leaders to better manage their people programs Work fast and think of ways to move creatively instead of creating from scratch Work closely with our team developing and testing data science models Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility Integrate software components into a fully functional software system Qualifications/Skills Software developer who is a generalist and is excited at the freedom and challenge of the early stages. Folks who are strong in the back-end but willing to jump in on whatever-end who are thrilled to talk with customers and "stakeholders", who care a lot about finding great solutions and continuing to improve. Ruby is a plus. You like solving big data challenges and transforming data for flexibility. You’ve never met a wall that you cannot run through. Eye for security as we’re touching sensitive customer data. You've been responsible for features that represented the core of a product's value proposition and features that were the main drivers of a company's growth. You have personal rhythms of getting and using data to validate hypotheses and measure the health of your products. Skills that make you extraordinary A deep love and commitment to creating a lovable, world-class platform. You have a strong sense of usability and simplicity. You won't stop working until our products generate the feeling we desire for our users. A firm grasp of statistical analysis, experiment design, and multivariate testing. You first look to data to determine needs and priorities, defer to dashboards to determine if something's working, and use data to construct a narrative around recommendations. A passion for team-first collaboration across diverse stakeholders, a preference for leading through influence, and a knack for navigating tough conversations. An extraordinary communicator, both written and orally, with a precise attention to detail. You love making complex ideas simple. You can align competing cross‑functional demands towards decisions. A love for startups: you move extremely fast, enjoy the constant adaptive change of an early‑stage company, and thrive on ambiguity. You enjoy learning things you didn't know before and solving problems that arise from problems you just solved.
