**Project & Facilities Advisor****About The Role**For an important international Oil & Gas company we are currently looking for a **Project & Facilities Advisor** to work out of their office in Mexico City. If you’re passionate and deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges, you could be the perfect fit for this role.Requirements**Required Qualifications**:At least 5 years of working experience leading general services activities.Bachelor’s degree.Experience working with service contractors.Knowledge in Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.Experience in managing multi-site locations, vendors and capital projects.logistic experience.Develop and manage annual budget operation.Availability to travel.**What you will do**:Supervise and coordinate the general maintenance of company’s premises including residential accommodation, monitor office supplies stock and deliveries, as well as service contractors, in line with the Corporate Management System Guidelines.Supervise the performance of service contractors to ensure they provide the expected service.Handles contract administration.Performs liaison activities between Company-contractors/Suppliers to resolve all issues related to commercial and operative aspects.Ensure that office and household equipment are properly maintained.**Mandatory skills**:Excellent English communication skills.**Soft skills**:Self-startingTeam-orientedGood communication skills**Why You Will Love This Job**Join a collaborative working environment with everything you need to be your best.Collaboration with knowledgeable professionalsA commitment to your professional growth.**Job Perks and benefits**:The benefits program includes benefits per law (Social security, retirement and other specified by Mexico Labor Law) and additional benefits.- Competitive salary & compensation packageü Long term assignment in Mexico´s office (CDMX)ü 100% payroll schemeIf you have a lot of these skills, but not all of them, please still apply.
