We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.We are looking for people who go above and beyond what is expected all the time. A logistics Specialist works closely with internal teams, clients, vendors and carriers to deliver and support all of their logístical needs. The position demands ability to work on a Team, strong verbal and written communication skills, must be able to multi-task, handle high volume of work, quick learner and solution oriented.**Requirements**:- Working with clients and carriers in creating of loads.- Assisting clients in booking appointments for their loads, scheduling directly with carriers, rescheduling appointments as they arise with delays.- Communicating all special needs of each client for each shipment.- Setting pick-up and delivery appointments for freight that needs it.- Scheduling delivery appointments for priority consignees weekly.
