This role is directly responsible for client governance, ensuring high client satisfaction, as measured by NPS.· **Financial Management and Growth:** Leading the financial success of projects under their management by owning the P&L. This includes optimizing profitability and identifying new opportunities to generate greater value and expand the business.· **Operational Excellence:** Ensuring services are delivered with the highest quality and efficiency.
