Job Title: Validation Project Chief Automotive We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead electrical feature validation and verification for specific vehicle programs. Responsibilities Manage test plans and develop DVP&R at the vehicle level. Report defects based on test plan failures. Manage issues and conduct root cause analysis of issues found. Provide feedback on System Requirements to ensure specs are testable. Manage team budgets and tasks. Qualifications Strong background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years experience in automotive roles. Experience in electrical systems design, development or test engineering. Knowledge of validation of complex systems. Resource allocation, financial management, budgeting skills. Ability to multitask and coordinate testing with numerous validation engineers. Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, collaborative, problem‑solving, leadership, project management, technical issue resolution skills. Strong documentation reviews, lessons learned, coaching, mentorship support. Experience with assembly plant warranty, quality, reliability meetings, compliance reports, program milestones. #J-18808-Ljbffr
