Onsite Medical Representative

The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the site’s medical representative in the Fulfillment Center/Delivery Station. Overall, the OMR will provide first aid treatment to injured employees, proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues, participate in and implement a site wellness program. #AmazonMexico Key job responsibilities Provide triage, first aid, and/or referral to an outside medical provider if indicated Maintain all records of treatment given to associates Maintain first-aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used in the care of associates Train managers and associates Provide daily activity logs to leadership team Provide incident analysis on a monthly basis Frequently attend and speak at “stand‑up” meetings Rotate shifts; this is not a remote position A day in the life You will report to the WHS Manager and support an assigned site as medical representative. You will manage the AmCare room, attend occupational health prevention and medical emergency cases on site, manage AmCare supplies stock and procurement, and conduct emergency equipment inspections. You will maintain associate confidentiality and keep controlled access to the AmCare room. Basic Qualifications High school or equivalent diploma Valid card evidencing successful completion of a first aid, CPR, and AED course from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or willingness to obtain it within four weeks of employment CPR course Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications +1 YOE with workers’ compensation +1 YOE and certification in teaching first-aid, CPR and AED Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
