This person will be setting up webinars on the platform (Notified), organizing and carrying out dry runs as well as the broadcast of both live and semi-live webinars.This role will be responsible for supporting and expanding the implementation of our global campaigns and programs delivering engagement, leads through awareness of Rockwell products and services globally.Key Responsibilities- Liaising with stakeholders and speakers to organize dry runs and schedule webinars- Setting up webinars, dry-runs and pre-recordings on the webinar platform- Supporting speakers and stakeholders in the run up to webinars- Running webinars, ensuring all technical production is covered to deliver a professional webinar experience with high production values.- Working with reporting and analytics to report on webinar performance- Editing webinars and pre-recorded webinars- Using opportunities to create promotional videos.Skills, Knowledge, Experience and education- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field- 3+ years’ experience in virtual events or webinar production role for B2B global/professional organisation- 2+ years’ experience in using webinar platforms - Notified experience advantageous.- Project management experience- Production management experience- 2+ years’ production and editing experience.- Experience of using project management systems - JIRA experience advantageousTemperament- Highly team orientated.- Global mindset- Technically minded - ability to work across multiple platforms- Successful multitasker- Successful stakeholder management- Attention to detail and striving for the highest production values- Ability to stay calm when under pressure.- Ability to deal with multiple deadlines and achieve fast accurate turnaround.- Ability to retain and convey a positive attitude in challenging circumstances.- Ability to make decisions quickly.- Desire to communicate and build alignment.- Open to new ideasAccepts Role Requirements- Be pro-active and diligent.- Plan and deliver an annual external webinar and virtual meeting programme that includes:- Live webinars and virtual meetings- Dry runs- Pre-recordings- Webinar set up on the platform- Stakeholder/speaker liaison- Promotional video production- Editing- Private timely reporting on program successSuccess Metrics- Successful webinar execution- High scoring on technical delivery of webinars on surveys- Delivery of webinar programme with high production values- Webinar registration and retention statistics- Solid archive of ever green on demand contentPreferred Knowledge- Professional virtual events and webinar production- Project management models and tools - especially JIRA- Marketing technologies
