Pallets Buyer

**Position Overview**We are looking for a **Pallets Buyer - Bilingual** to manage, control, and reconcile CHEP pallet operations between Mexico and the United States. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient pallet transfers, and operational compliance while supporting the Purchasing team and key customer distribution programs.**Key Responsibilities**- Manage and control **CHEP pallets**.- Administer and operate the **MyCHEP portal**.- Create and follow up on **purchase orders and requests**.- Perform **inventory control and reconciliation**.- Manage **pallet transfers** and validate critical data such as:- Charges- CHEP Global ID (issuing and receiving locations)- Quantities- Shipment dates- Perform **CHEP Mexico - USA pallet equalizations**.- Support and participate in **CHEP audits**.- Execute **operational and administrative reconciliations**.- Coordinate with **Planning / Customer Service** teams regarding orders and inventory.- Provide support to the **Purchasing team**.- Develop **new customers under the CHEP program**.- Participate in the **implementation of pallet transfers through EDI systems**.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree.- **A valid U.S. Border Crossing Visa is required.**:- Proven experience managing **CHEP pallets** (_required_).- Hands-on experience using the **MyCHEP portal**.- Background in **purchasing, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain**.- **Advanced English / Bilingual**:- Experience with **inventory reconciliation, audits, and data validation**.- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $28,000.00 - $32,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you currently have a valid U.S. visa?- Do you speak English at least at an 85% proficiency level?- Do you have experience working with pallets?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
