Importante empresa comercializadora de envases para las industrias busca:**Procurement Management (Especialista en Adquisiciones)****Objetivo del Puesto**:Gestionar las adquisiciones de bienes y servicios, optimizando costos y recursos, promoviendo prácticas sostenibles y garantizando la eficiencia operativa mediante el uso de herramientas tecnológicas avanzadas.Responsabilidades Clave:- **Análisis de Necesidades**: Identificar necesidades de adquisiciones alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos y anticipar fluctuaciones del mercado.- **Gestión de Proveedores**: Evaluar y seleccionar proveedores bajo criterios de costo, calidad y sostenibilidad; desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo.- **Negociación de Contratos**: Maximizar el valor de las compras mediante negociaciones efectivas, incluyendo cláusulas de sostenibilidad.- **Automatización de Compras**: Implementar soluciones tecnológicas para optimizar el ciclo de compras y reducir errores.- **Sostenibilidad**: Promover prácticas de adquisiciones responsables y priorizar proveedores con certificaciones ambientales.- **Gestión de Inventarios**: Utilizar métodos como "just-in-time" y analítica predictiva para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos.- **Análisis de Riesgos**: Identificar riesgos en la cadena de suministro y desarrollar estrategias de mitigación.- **Mejora Continua**: Liderar iniciativas de mejora y adaptarse a nuevas tendencias en gestión de compras.**Requisitos**:- **Educación**: Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o afín. Certificaciones como CPSM o CPIM son valoradas.- **Experiência**: Mínimo 3-5 años en Procurement Management, preferentemente en PYMEs.- **Habilidades Técnicas**: Conocimientos en ERP y herramientas de automatización; experiência en negociación avanzada.- **Habilidades Blandas**: Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, capacidad de adaptación y fuerte orientación a resultados.Competencias Clave:- Liderazgo colaborativo, adaptabilidad y pensamiento estratégico.Horarios- Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pmUbicación- Colonia Jardines de Santa María, 45606 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
