(+5 years).- SQL Server- Strong background in mobile performance profiling and debugging tools (e.g., Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, Visual Studio Diagnostic Tools).- Deep understanding of mobile app lifecycle, threading, and asynchronous programming.Demonstrated experience in implementing mobile caching strategies (e.g., in-memory caching, local storage, HTTP caching).- Experience integrating and troubleshooting third-party SDKs.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.About This Job**Key Responsibilities**Utilize mobile app profiling tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.Design and implement effective mobile caching strategies to improve responsiveness and reduce load times.Analyze app lifecycle events and their impact on performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements.Communicate findings and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Work with third-party SDKs and libraries including Daon, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynatrace, Shape, Syncfusion, Evo Chat, and Pendo.Deliver meaningful contributions within 4-6 weeks after onboarding.**Required Skills & Experience**Proven experience with.NET MAUI or Xamarin.Forms in production environments.Strong background in mobile performance profiling and debugging tools (e.g., Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, Visual Studio Diagnostic Tools).Deep understanding of mobile app lifecycle, threading, and asynchronous programming.Demonstrated experience in implementing mobile caching strategies (e.g., in-memory caching, local storage, HTTP caching).Experience integrating and troubleshooting third-party SDKs.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and past problem-solving approaches.Experience in consumer-facing mobile apps, preferably in banking or fintech domains.**Preferred Qualifications**Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.Knowledge of analytics and user engagement toolsLocation: living in Mexico, any state as this is a remote positionLanguage: English fluent**Let’s grow together.
