**HR Generalist Sr**- **What you’ll do**:- HRBPs provide expertise in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning. They serve as a bridge between management and employees, handling HR issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture.
