At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Data Engineer**THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO ALL MEXICO****Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.- Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.- Manage defect tracking using JIRA and ensure timely resolution of issues.- Implement and maintain test and defect management processes.- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and execute testing cycles.- Leverage TOSCA for automated testing to improve efficiency.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.- Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing processes.- Provide training and support to junior testers.- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.**Qualifications**- Possess strong expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting.- Have extensive experience with Defect Tracking Tools JIRA.- Demonstrate proficiency in Test and Defect Management.- Show a solid understanding of Agile Methodologies.- Have hands-on experience with TOSCA.- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.- Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.- Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.- Have a strong attention to detail and quality.- Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts.**Certifications Required**TOSCA CertificationAt Cognizant we believe than our culture make us strongerJoin us nowBeCognizant #IntuitionEngineeredIgualdad de Empleo y Política de Acción Afirmativa:Cognizant es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
