You will take a breakthrough concept—a biometric payment terminal—from prototype to global brand, defining the product roadmap, guiding development, and crafting a go-to-market strategy that spans retail, quick commerce, and beyond.If you’re passionate about launching hardware-first products, understand the complexities of payments or electronic devices, and want to shape the future of how people access, verify, and transact—this is your moment.**Responsibilities**:- ** Product Ownership & Vision**Drive the end-to-end strategy and lifecycle of the biometric payment terminal (PaW), from prototype through global deployment. Translate our bold vision for privacy-preserving, biometric-enabled payments into a tangible, market-ready product.- ** Go-To-Market Strategy**Define and execute launch plans for the payment terminal, beginning with high-impact use cases such as retail, gas stations, and quick commerce. Navigate licensing, pilot programs, pricing, and channel strategy.- ** Stakeholder & Partnership Management**Collaborate with regulators, fintech partners, hardware vendors, retailers, and NGOs. Champion partnerships with payment networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and fintech infrastructure providers to ensure compliance and seamless settlement.- ** Compliance & Regulation**Guide product development with a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, KYC/AML, CE/FCC), ensuring data security and trust at every layer of the product.- ** Brand & Ecosystem Development**Build a globally recognisable identity-first hardware product. Own the user experience and branding across onboarding, checkout, and support touchpoints.- ** Iterative Launch & Feedback Loops**Lead pilot deployments (Poland and beyond), gather market feedback, and adapt the roadmap in collaboration with engineering and design.**Skills**:- 5-15 years in product management, ideally with a focus on **payments, consumer hardware**, or **electronic device launches**.- Proven experience bringing a **0-to-1 product** to market, from early prototyping through mass deployment.- Deep understanding of **fintech, payments architecture**, and/or **identity verification protocols**.- Comfortable working with teams across **hardware, firmware, and backend software** domains.- Ability to distill complex systems (e.g., blockchain-based transactions, biometric matching, edge devices) into simple product narratives and roadmaps.- Experience working with **embedded systems**, device security, and **compliance frameworks** (e.g., CE, FCC, GDPR).- Strong analytical and project management skills.
