**Responsibilities**:- Performs design and writes specifications as needed for forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEF)- Work with Business Stakeholders, IT Infrastructure, and Development teams to ensure business requirements are properly configured within SAP.- Knowledge on Agile methodology is added advantage.- Experience Manufacturing or business experience with a solid understanding of business operations /processes- Develop estimates and solutions to deliver requirements- Provide support of solution architecture- Working in Agile Scrum Team**Required Experience & Skills**- 8+ years of combined business and configuration experience in SAP FICO Module- Strong technical and hands-on experience implementing Finance & Controlling module including knowledge make to stock & make to order scenario.- Expert knowledge on P2P & R2R End to End business process and SAP knowledge- SAP experience with accounting modules or system conversions Understanding of U.S. GAAP and Internal Controls- Experience in writing complex functional specification and Configuration document.- Familiar with all integration touch points in FI with CO, MM, WM, PP & SD.- Ability to work under pressure and multitask within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines- Communicate clearly with team members, Business Analyst, Customers and management- Performs design and writes specifications as needed for forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEF)- Work with Business Stakeholders, IT Infrastructure, and Development teams to ensure business requirements are properly configured within SAP.- Knowledge on Agile methodology is added advantage.- Experience Manufacturing or business experience with a solid understanding of business operations /processes
