Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the Role**:As a Cost Accounting and Controlship Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating financial statements for manufacturing operations in compliance with US GAAP and MX GAAP. You will support key Cost objectives, contributing to Carrier Corporation Finance's mission and vision.**Key Responsibilities**:In this role, you will:- Support accounting activities for CMX Residential manufacturing facilities.- Assist in executing projects to standardize inventory activities, including E&O standardization across manufacturing locations in Mexico.- Conduct reviews and analytics on balance sheet results, including deep-dive reconciliation analyses.- Manage manufacturing accounting tasks, including capital expenditures, inventory-related contracts (consignment, sale, contract manufacturing, rebates), and reserve calculations.- Participate in execution and reconciliation of annual physical inventory.- Support testing and review of SOX controls, reporting issues and failures while contributing to action plans and strengthening the control environment.- Engage in ad-hoc projects as needed.**Requirements**:We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive professionals with strong analytical skills.
