Supply Chain Program Manager

**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 1 year of program management experience.- Experience working within the supply chain environment such as warehouse, forecasting, logistics, or data analysis.**Preferred qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar.- 3 years of experience in program or project management and inventory management software and forecasting strategies.- Experience in Logistics planning in short- and long-term for warehouse space, labor, and transportation.- Experience in Network Optimization for Logistics.- Experience conducting tracking.**About the job**: A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. We keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the best and fastest experience possible.**Responsibilities**:- Manage timelines, roadmaps, project plans, and lead the coordination cross-functionally as it relates to warehouse space, forecasting, and logistics planning.- Deliver improvements to logistics planning for both short- and long-term across warehouse space, labor and transportation.- Deliver detailed analysis and recommendations to help deliver a more optimized warehouses and transportation footprint for the Global Logistics Organization.- Support efforts with improved warehouse utilization across the logistics network as well as lead analysis and assessments on cost optimization opportunities to influence decision making for warehousing and inventory placement strategies.- Create policy documents and work cross-functionally to obtain alignment to simplify decision making and use expertise in data analytics to deliver automation and detailed insights into logistics planning for Global Logistics Organization.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
