All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, or disability status."****Currently, we have careers that Change Lives as**:**Program Manager SR****Requirements**:- **Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Finance or similar.**- **English 90%**- **Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar customer service/program management position.****Skills**:- **Excellent communication skills, and ability to handle a group of direct report employees.**:- **Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.**:- **Understand shipment process/methods and incoterms.**:- **Quotation and RFQ Skills.**:- **NPI management.**- **Experience in BOM´s****Activities / Responsibilities**:- **OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests, and reports.**- **Flexibility (able to take calls/meetings out of standard work time)**- **Able to handle customer visits/agenda, and plant tours.**- **Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development.
