**Overview**:We are looking for a motivated **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about brand building and has a diverse skill set in digital marketing. You can start with 10 hours a week, allowing flexibility to maintain another job, with the potential for increased hours as we grow.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Brand Building**: Assist in developing and enhancing our brand presence through strategic content creation and marketing campaigns.- **Content Creation and Management**: Produce engaging content for social media platforms and manage posts to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.- **Paid Advertising**: Create and manage paid ad campaigns (if experienced) to increase brand reach and generate leads. Please provide samples of any paid ads you have managed.- **Organic Marketing**: Utilize AI tools like **Invideo AI** for video production, creating social media content, and driving organic traffic. Share any sample videos created using such tools.- **Web Development Support**: Collaborate on the web development process, assisting with the creation and optimization of websites. Please provide a sample of a website you have worked on.- **Brand Kit Development**: Develop and maintain a cohesive brand kit, including logos, color schemes, and typography, ensuring all marketing materials align with the brand’s identity.- **Lead Generation**: Focus on growing the number of leads generated through digital campaigns and brand activities, with the goal of increasing lead volume for sales purposes.- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze campaign performance, track metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness and growth.**Qualifications**:- Experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management, content creation, and video production.- Familiarity with paid ad campaigns (experience preferred but not mandatory).- Proficiency with AI video generation tools such as **Invideo AI** or similar platforms.- Basic understanding of web development and design processes.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively within a flexible 10-hour weekly schedule.Starting Salary USD 500**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $9,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 10 - 40 per weekApplication Question(s):- Have you ran paid ads before?
