Technology Consultants are responsible for the implementation and configuration of the technical infrastructure including web applications, layered software, hardware platform and operating systems. The Technology Consultant regularly consults with clients on best practices, issue resolution and experience guidance in order to improve the performance/reliability of client's technical environment. Responsibilities Develop appealing and functional web-based applications with a focus on usability Proven skill in translating UX/UI wireframes to actual code that captures the desired visuals, interactions, and user experience with minimal guidance Proficient in responsive web design and layout aesthetics Work closely with developers and UX/UI design team to bridge design and technical implementation Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to help facilitate discussions and deliver solutions Perform code review of features developed by other team members and polish the product with an emphasis on the end-user Qualifications Minimum of 4 years as a software developer B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science is desired Expert-level hands-on experience and understanding of React.js, its core principles, and popular React.js workflows Experience with common front-end development tools such as NPM, Webpack, Rollup, Vite etc. Familiarity with Git and code branching models Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Proven leadership skills Good written and verbal communication skills in English. A knack for benchmarking page performance and implementing optimization Experience in pixel-perfect and trendy visual interaction design, Figma & good communication skills to collaborate with designers Perficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
