**What you will do**- Maintain and update supplier information in the database/tools;- Schedule and coordinate meetings with suppliers and internal team members;- Follow up with feedback on meet and greet for suppliers and communicate response with suppliers;- Assist with collecting supplier onboarding information for new resources;- Perform general administrative duties such as updating documentation, communication related to supplier operations;- Assist in preparing documentation related to supplier performance and compliance;- Update supplier information and/or internal customer information and feedback in Asana and/or other reporting tools;- Maintain and update supplier-related databases/tools/tracking sheets and records accurately;- Assist with compiling data on supplier performance and compliance;- Manage regularly scheduled reports and take necessary follow up action (Supplier Timesheets, CSAT Analysis);- Work closely with the supplier management team and other department, Delivery Team;- Provide support and assistance to team members as needed;- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.**Must haves**- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a **recruiting role**, ideally or nice to have in **supplier management** but open;- Experience or knowledge of the IT Industry;- Experience with Asana or Jira;- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
