Fiduciary Operations Officer

The Fiduciary Operations Officer is an entry level role responsible for reviewing and performing simple transactions in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to ensure transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.**Responsibilities**:- Serve as the maker role for transactions and adhere to all required procedures and controls- Provide assistance for all moderately complex operational processes as needed- Participate in system and client testing- Assist in training team members- Assist with special reports and projects as needed**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years of relevant experience- Basic experience in settlements processing and transaction services**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
