Creative Designer

TopFoxx is a startup women’s eyewear brand based out of Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking a motivated, self-sufficient and out-of-the-box thinker to join our team as a Creative Designer.In this position you will collaborate with our Product Development, Marketing, PR, Wholesale and Social Media teams to develop unique content and products that embody the bold, unique styles of our brand.**What You’ll Do**Product Design (40%)- Conceptualize bold, unique and creative ideas for new products, including sunglasses, blue light and prescription glasses, eyewear accessories (cases, cleaning cloths, chains) and jewelry.- Design concepts utilizing Adobe Suite programs, (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)- Present finalized designs to the team, including colors, patterns and finalized 2D image _(3D design ability is a major plus)._- Work with the Product Development operations team to ensure production and samples of products run smoothly and match the concept and design.- Create new patterns, color schemes and design components to enhance our products and keep the bold styles of our brand.Video- and Photoshoots (10%)- Research best locations for video and photo shoots- Work with influencers and models to coordinate dates, locations, prices, etc.- Collaborate with HR to find quality videographers and photographers- Oversee the shoots for quality and consistency with the brand- Look through videos and photos after the shoot to determine best quality images to share with the team and promote TopFoxxAdditional Creative Duties (15%)- Edit photos from shoots, UGC, influencers, etc. using Adobe Photoshop- Work with Creative Content team members to determine best photos for brand representation, engagement and showcasing our products.- Create graphic designs, as needed, for our Social Media, Marketing and Website Design (Linesheets, Lookbooks, Social Media Content, etc.)- Design product pages for new launches- Assist with website layout designs- Other duties as assignedResearch and Strategy (25%)- Staying up to date on market trends for Fashion Industry, particularly sunglass and accessory trends- Researching new and industry-best software for design and creative content- Competitor analysis and research for inspiration and market trendsLeadership/Collaboration (10%)- Take the lead on video and photoshoot planning- Take initiative in creating content that will expand our brand**What We Look For**:- Ability to Work Independently - As a worldwide organization, we have team members everywhere, so remote work is an option and encouraged- Fast-Paced Mindset - This industry is continually changing and our customers are constantly buying and looking for new content Quick and efficient work performance will be key to success in this role.- Creativity - Our designs are as unique as our buyers, so we need someone who can come up with new designs and concepts consistently- Organizational Skills - We are not a team of micro-managers, so staying up to date with your workload and schedule will be up to you We believe in empowering our employees to manage themselves with team collaboration and support, not constantly looking over your shoulder.- Research and Strategize - Market and industry trends matter.
