In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.**This position reports to**:Service Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Managing the development of project planning documents.- Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and- Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned.- Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.- Managing financial and human resources for the fulfillment of objectives.- Control expenses according to the Full Project Cost (Budget) and meet the delivery time- Develop the Forecast Gross Margin billing and monthly project or order giving maintenance and monitoring through the follow-up at the SAP system.- Coordinate the issuance of purchase orders and perform the appropriate procedures for production, including the coordination of mechanical and electrical engineering.- Review, manage and approve orders to be transferred to execution.- Monitoring in coordination with purchase team the reception of materials to keep production process flowing.- Monitoring manufacturing progress and manage customer reporting- Monitor the loading of the ERP BOM and create budgets.- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the project and monitor CCRPs and pursue growth opportunities of the order.- Negotiation with customers.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.- Required 7 years of experience in project management or similar.- Familiarity with MS Office.- Desired Management of ERP (SAP).- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.- Advanced level of English essential (main interaction with USA and CA markets).**More about us**:
