Deductions Analyst

**Deductions Analyst****Primary Role**:- Investigates and researches deductions and claims to determine validity- Responsible for clearing all deduction types on customer accounts- Communicates with sales team, account management department, and customers to obtain documentation and verification of all claims, including but not limited to shortage claims, price claims, chargebacks, defective claims and customer rebates- Works with warehouse personnel to report variances in product shipment which may cause deductions- Monitors price discrepancies and works with the sales team for any corrections that may be needed- Obtains appropriate approvals and documentation to resolve outstanding deductions taken by customers, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures- Creates credit requests in SAP and ensures proper release and clearing against related deductions- Disputes all unauthorized deductions through customer portals or other communication means as necessary to request paymentDesired Skills- Strong analytic and problem solving skills- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Good communication (written/spoken)- Strong interpersonal skills- Ability to work and thrive independently in a fast paced environment- SAP- Excel- High Radius (desired)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
