At Inflection Point by Perficient, we seek to grow alongside professionals promoting agile cultures and values as we challenge, champion, and celebrate our people for us to build a great future together.**Job Summary****What do you need to come aboard?**- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related.- Advanced Knowledge of Salesforce Platform: Proficiency in customization, configuration, and development.- Strong Experience in Apex and Visualforce: Ability to write complex Apex classes and Visualforce pages.- Skilled in developing Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.- Skilled in data migration, quality, and management within Salesforce.- Experience in Workflow and Process Automation: Proficiency with Salesforce workflow rules, process builder, and flow.- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Salesforce Experience Cloud.- Certifications (preferred but not required): Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator. Advanced English level.**To Rock This Role, You Should**- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues.- Effective in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Familiarity with agile development practices.- Understanding of relational databases and query languages (SOQL and SOSL).- Ability to lead projects and work with cross-functional teams.
