Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process

The SMT Process Engineer is responsible of the implementation and improvement of the SMT process focused in productivity, yield and scrap reduction, in charge of NPI for the SMT line, interact with multiple customers and team works- Hands on experience on SMT process + 5years:- Screen printing: Stencil design and improvement, workholder design, establish repeatable and reproducible parameters, SPC, CPK for solder paste- Solder paste inspection: programming, data analysis, GR&R- Placement: Fuji machine programming- Reflow: Reflow profile development and improvement- In-depth knowledge of quality standards- Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills.- Ability to evaluate results and recommend solutions to improve the process.- Knowledge in develop of process flow, FMEA and Control plan.Celestica is an equal opportunity employer.
