We are looking for Junior Customer Support Analyst in Guadalajara, who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platforms And much better if you stand out for: Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work At least 1 year of relevant work experience Advanced English required What do we offer?
