Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.As a **Logistic Deductions Analyst**, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing deductions Logistics (e.g. Shortages & Vendor Compliance), Communicating to Logistic /Commercial CDT´s and Customer Alliance any missing support for deduction open items and clear credit notes vs proporter deduction. Also analyzing and solving customer payment, Collection, Credit Management and Deduction management exceptions.**What You'll Do**:- Review, investigate, and resolve customer deduction claims (e.g., shortages, vendor compliance issues), ensuring claims are valid and supporting accurate billing.- Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams—including logistics, credit, collections, and supply chain—to resolve deduction issues and recover disputed funds.- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure deduction process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.- Lead the month-end close process for deductions by preparing performance reports, summaries, and meeting materials while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding claims.- Propose and implement process improvements in deduction handling, reverse logistics, and automation to streamline operations.- Collaborate in cross-functional meetings and support customer requests, escalations, and dispute resolution, ensuring great customer experiences.- Assess customer payment trends, review credit limits, analyze payment term change requests, and support collection efforts as needed.**What We’re Looking For**:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Experience in logistics, accounts receivable, credit management, or a related field is a plus.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results.- Proactive mindset, continuously looking for process improvement and efficiency opportunities.**What do you need to apply?**- Finance, Economic, Logistics or Administrative Degree- 1 to 3 years of Experience in Finance or Administrative Areas- Minimum of 1 year at C2C processes (Desired)- Microsoft package & ERP (Desired)- Strong oral and written communication in English**Our Commitment to Inclusion**Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
