We don’t believe in the ‘one size fits all’ approach and instead we will equip you with the tools you need to shape your own future.**JOB PURPOSE****WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**- ** Innovative Sourcing Strategies**: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent to Unilever.- ** Initial Screenings**: Conduct initial applicant screenings to present shortlists of high-quality talents to Talent Partners.- ** Talent Pool Management**: Build, manage and engage robust talent pools for key roles- ** Continuous Improvement**: Engage in problem-solving, track and report on sourcing activities, and drive process improvements.**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED****Experiences & Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.- Proven experience in sourcing and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and best practices.- Experience with AI tools and hiring automation is a plus.- Experience working in a global team environment is preferred.- Fluent in English & Spanish**Skills**- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.- Commitment to quality and adherence to defined SLA.- Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively within your team, across various hub locations, and with your assigned market teams.- Ability to embrace, adopt, and navigate new technologies.- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Radancy, HiredScore and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.- Local knowledge of Central and South America is preferred.**Leadership**- You are energized by delivering fantastic results.- You are an example to others - both your results and your resilience.- You are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.- As an individual you are the one responsible for your own wellbeing and delivering high standards of work.
