Ensure compliance with legal provisions on foreign trade. Manage and control Customs systems to comply with Customs and Foreign Trade regulations.Manages import and export activities, as well as to be in constant communication with customs agents and to deliver the required information for the release of goods from customs.Find the best transportation and service of Customs Agents aligned to quality, price, and timeAccountable for managing the procedures and documentation controls for the Supply Chain Security programs.**Responsibilities**- Responsible for Management of maquila programs, virtual pediments and obtaining siderurgica automatic notices with the authority.- Accountable to provide the necessary documentation to customs agents, as well as the necessary information that they require for the release of the merchandise from the different customs, both in import and in export.- Communication with the authority offices involved with Foreign Trade (SE, SAT)- Monitor customs agents for timely processing of monthly and weekly of virtual pediments- Responsible for the search for better transportation options, fees, and improvement with freight forwarders- Audit and record vendor invoices (forwarders and customs agents) for scheduling payments and reconciliation of PECA monthly balances.- Manages the right export shipments and comply with the requirements by Customs and- Foreign Trade Laws.- Responsible for the company's compliance, updating and renewal of CTPAT Supply Chain- Security programs for the United States and OAS in Mexico**Qualifications****Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in international trade or similar- Level of English: Proficient- Subject matter expert: CTPAT, international procurement, export management, logistics and international transportation methods management with customs agents and suppliers abroad.
