**Job Title**: React JS Developer**Location**: Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)**Job Type**: Full-time Contract (Indefinite duration)**Client**: US-based IT Company**Experience Required**: 5+ years**About the Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions- Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards- Conduct thorough testing and debugging across various browsers and devices- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes- Integrate CI/CD practices for efficient deployment and delivery- Document technical specifications and maintain version control using Git**Required Skills & Qualifications**:- **5+ years** of front-end development experience in fast-paced environments- Strong hands-on experience with **React.js**, Redux, React Router, and related libraries- Proficient in **JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3**, and **RESTful API integration**:- Experience with modern build tools like **Webpack**, **Babel**, or **Vite**:- Strong understanding and practical experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.- Exposure to or hands-on experience with **cloud platforms** like **AWS**, **Azure**, or **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**:- Familiar with **Git** and version control workflows- Deep knowledge of **responsive design** and **cross-browser compatibility**:- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments- English proficiency (B2 level or higher) with strong communication skills**Nice to Have**:- Experience with **TypeScript**:- Familiarity with **containerization tools** like **Docker**:- Understanding of **micro frontends** or **server-side rendering (SSR)** frameworks- Previous experience working with **international or US-based clients****What We Offer**:- Long-term, **indefinite contract** with a reputable **US-based client**:- Competitive compensation in **MXN**:- Opportunity to work on global-scale web platforms and modern tech stacks- A collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven team culture**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in 67114 Guadalupe, Nuevo León
