**Estamos buscando talento como el tuyo**Empresa líder del sector de TI esta en búsqueda de talento como UX Researcher Jr.**Experiência con**:- Experiência comprobada en la realización de estudios de investigación de usuarios para productos digitales, preferiblemente en la industria de comercio electrónico o comestibles.- Conocimientos sólidos sobre metodologías de investigación, incluyendo pruebas de usabilidad, encuestas, entrevistas y evaluaciones heurísticas.- Dominio en el uso de herramientas como Google Analytics, Maze u otras plataformas de análisis e investigación UX similares.- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para traducir los hallazgos de la investigación en recomendaciones de diseño accionables.- Habilidades de comunicación y presentación sólidas, con la capacidad de transmitir ideas complejas de manera efectiva a diferentes partes interesadas.Senior- Dominio de los principios de diseño centrados en el usuario, diseño de interacción, arquitectura de información y diseño visual**Actividades**:- Desafiar el pensamiento del equipo y las decisiones de los stakeholders utilizando evidencia e insights basados en investigaciones- Realizar estudios cualitativos y cuantitativos para comprender el comportamiento del usuario, preferencias y motivaciones relacionadas con las compras de comestibles en línea.- Planificar y ejecutar pruebas de usabilidad, encuestas, entrevistas y otros métodos de investigación para obtener ideas accionables de nuestro público objetivo.- Examinar datos y diseños de productos existentes para generar hipótesis y planes para investigaciones de alto impacto.- Colaborar estrechamente con los gerentes de producto, diseñadores y desarrolladores para integrar la investigación de usuarios en el proceso de desarrollo del producto.- Trabajar de cerca con stakeholders para identificar objetivos de investigación, crear planes de investigación y presentar los hallazgos de la investigación de manera clara y convincente.- Mantenerse actualizado(a) sobre las tendencias de la industria, las mejores prácticas y las tecnologías emergentes relacionadas con la- Investigación y el diseño UX.**Modalidad**:HíbridaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $16,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuentas con experiência en la realización de estudios de investigación de usuarios?Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 64630, Monterrey, N.
