In this role, you will work among engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions. We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to work with various clients at our delivery center in Mexico. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll have excellent relationship building, leadership. You will provide design leadership through influence, judgment, communication, and collaboration to drive design decisions. Responsibilities Provide design leadership through influence, judgment, communication, and collaboration to drive design decisions. Utilize Figma for UI/UX prototyping and collaboration, and implement Design Tokens to maintain scalable and consistent design systems. Collaborate closely with team members to craft world-class user experiences across products and platforms for features. Craft interaction designs and be the champion of usability and user-centered design principles. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, high-fidelity mockups, specifications and site maps, as appropriate, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Collaborate and work closely with the Team that includes the Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Architect, and the Developers. Measure and analyze user experience research and testing to validate designs, get user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Work with product owners and key stakeholders to brainstorm and identify opportunities, executing them as a flawless part of the overall user experience. Contribute to the continued evolution of the team’s drive towards UI excellence. Qualifications Have Strong Experience in Software Lifecycle and Innovative Applications for Software 4+ years of experience in software development experience 4+ years development experience with User Interface (UI) designs Strong experience in Figma for UI/UX prototyping, collaborative design, and implementation of Design Tokens for scalable design systems Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities. English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.
