Join our vibrant team at New Life Mexico, an integral part of the global network of In Vitro Fertilization clinics and Surrogacy Agencies across 9 countries We are excited to give an opportunity for a dynamic individual to step into the role of **Medical Interpreter in Mexico City**.**Responsibilities**:- Proper and open communication with surrogate mothers and the egg donors, show them emotional support and empathy.- Familiarize Surrogate mothers and Egg donors with programs, explain steps of medical procedures, etc.- Control of surrogates and donors, that medications are taken as prescribed by the doctor, follow his/her instructions, etc.- Control of surrogates and donors, ensure their visits to the Clinic and make follow up.- Close working relationship with Donors, Surrogate mothers, Doctors, Team Members- Accompany Surrogate mothers and egg donors to the clinics.- Report to the Financial Department accordingly, if needed.- Act in accordance with New Life’s professional brand as the primary point of contact for successful parents- Coordinate Successful parent’s arrival and logistic process- Coordinate delivery process and make sure parents, as well as Surrogate mother, is well supported.- Organize all necessary paperwork to obtain documents such as birth certificate/passport.- Communicate and organize tasks with partner clinics’ administrative offices- Preparing monthly reports to the Head of the Department- Preparing financial reports for the Financial Department- Provide exceptional customer service for our couples- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department**Skills**:- Fluency in English (will be tested).- Excellent communication skills, solution oriented, proactive, detailed oriented and accurate.- Organization and managerial skills.- Experience working in international companies is preferred.- Education in Medicine, Management or in any related field.**Job is based in Cancun****Salary**: $17,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month**Job Type**: Full-time**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
