Buhler is looking for a Large Component Assembly Supervisor for our manufacturing operation start-up located in Torreón, Coahuila**Job Overview**The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assembly manufacturing department. This role ensures that the assembly processes align with safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements, while supporting compliance with company policies and procedures. The position requires strong leadership to guide, motivate, and coach employees, creating a work environment of engaged and self-directed teams.The Assembly Supervisor plays a critical role in achieving production schedules, maintaining product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. By collaborating across departments, this leader ensures efficient use of resources, adherence to customer requirements, and alignment with company goals.
