**Facilities Sr Manager****Job ID**- **Posted**- 24-Jun-2025**Service line**- GWS Segment**Role type**- Full-time**Areas of Interest**Building Management, Facilities Management**Location(s)**Atizapán de Zaragoza - Mexico - Mexico, Naucalpan de Juarez - Mexico - MexicoAs a CBRE Facilities Sr. Manager, you will manage many functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings.This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.We are looking for a Sr Facilities Manager**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Leadership & Team Management**: Supervise and develop a team, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching.- ** Facilities Management**: Coordinate and manage repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships.- ** Budgeting & Project Management**: Prepare and manage budgets, oversee capital projects, and create reports.- ** Compliance & Safety**: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and develop safety and environmental procedures.- ** Client Relations**: Maintain positive relationships with clients and address any facility-related concerns.- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree required.- 5-8 years of experience as a Facilities Manager, specifically within corporate office and/or Industrial environments.- ** Advanced English proficiency is essential.**:- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information effectively.- Proven ability to motivate a team and achieve operational goals.- When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
