You will interact with all levels of the business, including 3PLs, customers, and vendors, and cooperate with the EU Supply Chain Manager, providing cover when necessary. Your ability to influence, communicate, and manage at all levels internally and with our third-party suppliers will be crucial. You will ensure reliable and consistent management information for the business, including reporting (e.g., Ecom, Wholesale, Samples), KPI information, and management packs. Additionally, you will participate in projects by coordinating through the teams and working parties, or carrying out any other duties that may benefit the individual, the team, the Division, or the Company as a whole.Your Impact:- Support all internal (Customer Services, Ecommerce, Retail) and external stakeholders to ensure that inbound and outbound are controlled and managed to KPIs- Actively develop good working relationships with Customer Service teams for the territories to ensure positive ongoing partnerships- Support control of invoicing and supervise the accuracy of billing and timeliness of payment authorization- Compile, collate, and review a wide range of reports and feedback on a regular basis to support strategic review of both current statuses and long-term improvement- Work cross-functionally, both internally and externally, to identify opportunities that will improve the Distribution and Transport function and lead to gains in efficiency and effectiveness- Support implementations involving warehousing and logisticsWe celebrate diversity of your background, your experiences, and your unique identity.
