En Rock The Agency continuamos fortaleciendo nuestro equipo de data para acompañar el crecimiento de nuestras marcas. Buscamos a un Data Analyst Senior con enfoque en performance y KPIs , que contribuya al seguimiento, análisis y optimización de resultados a nivel mensual, trimestral y anual . Esta posición se integra a un equipo en expansión y desempeñará un rol clave en transformar la data en insumos estratégicos , contribuyendo directamente a la definición de estrategia, la optimización de contenidos y la generación de resultados medibles para nuestros clientes. Trabajará de forma transversal con los distintos equipos para asegurar que las decisiones creativas y tácticas estén sustentadas en análisis sólido, objetivos claros y desempeño medible . Tu misión: Seguimiento, control y análisis de KPIs orgánicos . Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos claros, estructurados y orientados a la toma de decisiones. Análisis de resultados y detección de insights accionables para optimización de estrategia y contenidos. Ajuste y redefinición de KPIs de acuerdo con objetivos de negocio y evolución de las campañas. Monitoreo de desempeño vs. metas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales . Integración de data de múltiples plataformas para generar recomendaciones estratégicas. Comunicación efectiva de hallazgos a equipos internos y stakeholders. Asegurar consistencia metodológica en la medición y correcta interpretación de métricas. Experiencia comprobable como Data Analyst, Performance Analyst o rol similar . Sólido entendimiento de KPIs, métricas y modelos de seguimiento de performance . Dominio avanzado de Excel y Google Sheets , incluyendo: Construcción de documentos analíticos estructurados. Uso de fórmulas, cruces de datos, comparativos y seguimiento de KPIs. Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de data, listening y research : Answer The Public y herramientas de keyword research . TikTok Creative Center (tendencias, formatos y análisis de performance de contenido). Capacidad para integrar distintas fuentes de información y convertir la data en insights estratégicos y accionables . Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado a resultados. Habilidad para explicar información compleja de forma clara y estructurada. Integración a una agencia en crecimiento con proyectos de alto impacto. Modelo de trabajo híbrido (3 días remoto / 2 presenciales). Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios. Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y crecimiento.
